Care este diferenta intre responsabilitatile unui Key Account Executive si cele ale unui Key Account Manager ?

Unul raporteaza celuilalt in situatia in care exista o echipa care se ocupa de KA sau se utilizeaza titulatura de Key Account Executive in situatiile in care Key Account Manager-ul nu are echipa, devenind in acest fel Key Account Executive ?

Sau este doar o chestiune formala ce tine de inspiratia angajatorului in denumirea posturilor ?

Alex, In lumea anglo-saxona, Executive (gindeste-te la CEO: Chief Executive Officer) este un "signing Officer" al unei company, in timp ce un Manager, are atributia de a "manage" ceva.

Deci Executive este mai sus "on the food chain" si are de obicei controlul asupra unui intreg P&L (Profit and Loss Statement..... ) deci este raspunzator de "top line" (sales), "mid line" (cheltuieli/costuri) si "bottom line" (profit) cit si de investitii si achizitii (cel putin partial).

Un manager este de obicei raspunzator de o parte a P&L-ului, adica "top line" (sales) sau "middle line" (daca este un departament functional, de exemplu administratie sau finance&accounting).
